Carrie Mihalski

Camp cook

Carrie is a long-time member of our Camp family with a big heart for Camp!

As the head cook, she works hard to ensure our campers, staff members, and retreatants are well fed. She is a great resource to talk with about necessary food accommodations for allergies or medical conditions.

Sue dietz

Sue joined our Camp staff during the summer of 2022 and works closely with Carrie as a dream team in the kitchen!

We are incredibly thankful for all the "behind the scenes" work our kitchen staff does to support our staff, campers, and retreatants!
